MML Little Black Book of BF Products

Products we love.

I'm frequently asked about the products I personally adore and would wholeheartedly recommend for my MML Mamas.

So, I've put together a curated list of my absolute favourites, complete with direct links to each product for you to purchase at our Shop page.

What's more, some of these brands have generously offered exclusive discount codes for you to enjoy. You can shop for yourself and your bub with some amazing savings!

This is my absolute favourite and I've been using it. Great for every day use, great for preventing and soothing sensitive or sore nipples, cracked nipples and infections.

Helps with healing and would give your BF journey a great turning point when you feel like giving up due to pain.

The nursing cup is made from original 925 silver and it provides a healing environment for your nursing nipple. It can be used multiple times, easy to maintain and clean!

Anytime I needed a nipple cream for soothing & moisturising, especially with a baby-safe formula, Earth Mama Organic Nipple Butter has been my top pick.

It's safe for our babies, so you don't need to stress about washing it off before nursing. With plant-based formula—it isn't just for your sore and cracked nipples, you can use it for your dry lips, cheeks, heels, cuticles, and elbows.

My go-to versatile cream!

When my supply needs a little boost, this tea does wonders by stimulating milk production and giving my supply a boost.

It's packed with fennel, fenugreek, milk thistle, and the goodness of nettle and raspberry leaf.

But before trying any milk-boosting tea or supplement, be sure to get assessed by an IBCLC to understand why you might be facing milk supply issues.

The underlying problem could be due to poor latch or insufficient feedings and pumping. Not solving a root cause will only make the situation worse.

A quick note of caution—while it's a gem for breastfeeding mums, it's important to note that milk-boosting herbs are not advise for pregnant mums.
