How do I use the Silverette cups?
The cups are worn under your nursing bra.- Express a few drops of milk in each cup and then position the cup directly over the nipple, securing it in place with the nursing bra.
- Before breastfeeding, take off the cups and clean the nipples using either warm water or a water wipe.
- After the feeding session, rinse the cups with warm water, gently pat them dry, and repeat step 1 to use them in between feeding sessions.
How should I clean the Silverette cups?
A quick rinse with warm water after each feeding is enough to clean the cups. Alternatively, mild handwash soap can be used to clean the cups. Avoid using harsh detergents, bleach-based agents, sterilizing tablets, or hard brushes to clean the cups.
