Return Policy

Refund is applicable to products sold on the website, services are not included. Refund is available when the product is faulty and we will offer a repair or replacement of the product where the product sold develops a manufacturing fault. The choice of service is at Mara & Marco Lactation’s discretion.

Proof of purchase will be required for all refund.  

*Our Refund Policy does not apply to gift vouchers, delivery or installation charges, product sold as special markdown with the condition as display unit, missing part, etc., normal wear and tear after leaving the store and damaged items resulting from misuse.

If the product delivered is not what was ordered by you, we will deliver the product that you ordered as fast as we could and retrieve the incorrect one at our cost. A refund is available if required, within a reasonable time.

Almost all electrical items and selected products sold at Mara & Marco Lactation carry a warranty between 6 months to 2 years depending on the brands and category with effect from the date of purchase or baby’s date of birth. However this would also be subjected to condition of the product and price at the time of purchase.

We also offer a repair service for selected repairable products with a minimal fee. You might need to purchase spare parts for the repairing purpose.

We reserve the right to test and check the product returned, please allow some time for Mara & Marco Lactation staff to process should the above take place.
